New Member Sign-Up

If you need to establish new service or set up a new account with Claiborne Electric, we will be glad to assist you. You will need to complete a membership application and pay a deposit for the service. Deposits are calculated specifically for each location and are billed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Louisiana Public Service Commission.

If you need service at a location where electric service has never been established (such as a residence or business that is under construction, or a location where a mobile home is being placed for the first time), our field personnel may need to meet you at the location to determine what is needed for the service.
