SmartHub Mobile App

Claiborne Electric members have access to a free electronic application that literally puts managing their electric accounts in the palm of their hands.

The Co-op provides SmartHub, a digital app, to members at no charge. SmartHub delivers accurate, timely account information and allows members to make payments in a secure environment with the touch of a button, right from a mobile phone, tablet or computer. SmartHub allows members to:

  • Check usage
  • Contact our office
  • Pay electric bills
  • Check our newsfeed
  • Report a service interruption
  • Access custom widgets

SmartHub puts the power of data in a member’s hands through convenient account management and detailed usage information. The two-way communication available with SmartHub also allows members to notify us of account and service issues while providing us a way to let members know about special offers, programs, events and more.
