With this Request for Proposal (RFP), Claiborne Electric Cooperative, Inc. is requesting proposals from interested firms or design professionals able to provide pre/post inspections and make ready engineering for the management of joint use attachment applications involving the Cooperatives’ poles, as well as completing pole loading analyses (as needed).
This is a competitive sealed proposal process. Electronic proposals submitted via US Mail, overnight courier, or the Central Bidding Portal are required. Emailed bids will be accepted as long as the words “SEALED PROPOSAL” appear in the subject line of the email transmittal. To ensure submissions are received prior to the closing date and time, it is recommended that proposers begin the submittal process at least 96 hours prior to the closing date and time listed above.
