MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING

1. Call to Order – Drive through lines in Homer and Farmerville were opened at 8:30 AM CDT.
2. Quorum and Attendance
   1. Quorum – 554 members
   2. Registered Attendance – 1,650 members
3. Election for Director, District 2 – The results of voting for Director, District 2 were as follows:
   1. William Sensley 1,057
   2. Benjamin Walton 559
   3. Donald Mullins 1*
4. Adjournment – Drive through lines in Homer and Farmerville were closed at 12:00 Noon CDT.
