Claiborne Electric’s payment software company will be performing a system upgrade on the evening of Tuesday, June 16.
During this update, payment systems will be unavailable. The process is expected to begin at approximately 7:30 PM and end at approximately 8:30 PM. Following the update, members will notice a new card entry screen. The new entry screen will automatically resize based on the device’s screen. After the update, members whose devices are not operating in the latest version of SmartHub (version 26.3) will be prompted to update the app before making a payment.
